Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle PeopleSoft Finance (FSCM) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology initiatives. You will play a key part in analyzing business needs and translating them into effective system solutions.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.

You will lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, conduct fit-gap analysis with business users, and configure/support PeopleSoft FSCM modules. Preparing functional design documents, business process flows, test scenarios, and training materials is also essential.

Collaboration with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, and reports, along with supporting end-to-end implementation and production support projects, will be part of your role. You will also conduct SIT, UAT, and defect resolution, while providing functional guidance on best practices.

A minimum of 8 years of expertise in implementing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions is required.

Candidates must possess strong functional knowledge across multiple FSCM modules and have a proven track record of working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery.

Demonstrated experience in leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must, alongside strong collaboration abilities with both business and technical stakeholders. Familiarity with the testing lifecycle and UAT execution is preferred, as is experience with Agile delivery methods and tools like Jira and Confluence.
