Translate intricate business requirements into clear functional specifications and detailed solution designs.

Lead critical workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analyses directly with business stakeholders.

Configure and provide comprehensive support for PeopleSoft FSCM modules, aligning with diverse business needs.

Develop essential project documentation, including functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials.

Partner effectively with technical teams to design, develop, and test customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.

Contribute to end-to-end project lifecycles, encompassing implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing production support.

Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and diligently manage defect resolution.

Provide expert functional guidance, emphasizing best practices and the full capabilities of PeopleSoft functionality.

Possess a strong foundation in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.

Demonstrated experience in leading workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and conducting fit-gap analyses.

Proficiency in configuring and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules according to specific business needs.

Skilled in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), business process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials.

Experience collaborating with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.

Proven ability to support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support projects.

Experience in conducting system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

Solid understanding of security setup, user groups, and provisioning within an enterprise system context.
