Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team in Bengaluru as a Senior Consultant, specializing in PeopleSoft FSCM. You will play a pivotal role in transforming enterprise technology to drive functional excellence, innovation, and sustained growth. This position offers a dynamic environment for leveraging your expertise in PeopleSoft solutions.

Your role will involve detailed analysis of business needs, translating them into robust functional specifications and solution designs. You'll lead critical workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, conduct fit-gap analyses, and configure PeopleSoft FSCM modules. Preparing essential documentation, including functional design documents and test scenarios, will be key. Collaboration with technical teams for development and testing of customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations is expected. You will also provide end-to-end project support, system integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution, guiding teams on PeopleSoft best practices.

We seek a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). A strong functional understanding across various FSCM modules and proven ability to engage with business stakeholders for requirement elicitation and solution design are essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, alongside a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. Experience with the testing lifecycle, UAT execution, and Agile delivery methods using tools like Jira and Confluence is highly preferred.
