Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications and solution designs. You will lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analyses with business stakeholders. Configuring and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules according to business needs is also a core function. Additionally, you will prepare essential documentation such as Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials.

Collaboration with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, and reports is crucial. You will support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and production support projects. Conducting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), alongside defect resolution, will be integral to your role. Providing functional guidance on PeopleSoft best practices and delivered functionality, including expertise in security setup, user groups, and provisioning, is expected.
