Join our team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Oracle Retail technology in Bengaluru. This role requires a techno-functional expert with 2 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Retail solutions. You will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions that meet complex business requirements.

This position is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in Oracle Retail MoM application implementations, possessing both strong technical acumen and exceptional client-facing abilities. Contribute to optimizing Oracle applications and ensuring project success.

Create and update specification documents to align with business needs. Design, configure, deliver, and support Oracle Retail applications including RMS (MFCS), ReIM (IMCS), ReSA (SACS), RTM, RPM (PCS), Allocations, RIB (RICS), and SIM (SIOCS). Provide expert suggestions for customizing Oracle applications to enhance performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Prepare comprehensive solution documents, user guides, and training materials with the documentation team. Ensure all project outputs precisely meet customer specifications.

Candidates must possess 2 to 10 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Retail. A mandatory requirement is experience in one or two full-cycle Oracle Retail MoM application implementations. Strong technical expertise in Apex, SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, ADF, Reports, Unix shell scripting, and batch processing is essential.

Exceptional analytical skills and in-depth Oracle Retail knowledge are required for technical roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount for this client-facing position. Experience in Oracle Retail Cloud, Microservices, and OIC are considered advantages. The ability to deliver projects using Agile techniques is also a plus.
