Engage in comprehensive requirements gathering, process mapping, and detailed documentation of specifications and process flows. Design business processes and application configurations, adhering to industry best practices. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test automation and integrations, ensuring seamless system performance.

Provide robust support for all solution phases, including meticulous testing, verification, and cutover activities. Configure NetSuite modules under senior guidance and take ownership of assigned tasks. Conduct basic system testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure client satisfaction.

This role requires a minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience with Oracle NetSuite. A strong background in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Retail sectors is essential. Possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with core NetSuite modules like R2R, O2C, and P2P, along with Financials, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.

Familiarity with additional modules such as Project Management, Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Advanced Revenue Management is advantageous. Proven ability to manage client relationships throughout pre-sales and post-sales cycles, coupled with strong skills in client training and UAT facilitation, is expected. A commitment to continuous learning, including pursuing NetSuite certifications, is highly preferred.
