Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior .NET Developer, contributing to cutting-edge enterprise healthcare software solutions. You will leverage modern C# and .NET Core, alongside robust object-oriented design principles, to build high-performance, secure, and well-tested applications. This role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams, leadership in code reviews, and application of advanced design patterns for optimal performance and integration within cloud and containerized environments.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare software solutions using C# and .NET Core. Apply object-oriented design, asynchronous programming, and clean architecture principles. Ensure applications are well-tested, secure, and performant, integrating with cloud and containerized infrastructure. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams. Lead code reviews and implement industry-standard design patterns and dependency injection best practices. Continuously optimize application performance, enhance exception handling, and improve observability throughout the software development lifecycle.
A minimum of 5-8 years of enterprise software development experience is required. Proficiency in modern .NET development, specifically with .NET Core and .NET 6/7/8, for cross-platform, cloud-based, and microservice applications. Solid C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals, including encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction. Deep understanding of classes, structures, value types, and reference types. Proven experience with async/await and Task-based programming in real-world API and database contexts. Practical application of design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and Repository, coupled with clean-code and refactoring practices. Experience with dependency-injection frameworks, promoting loose coupling and constructor injection. Demonstrated experience in performance optimization, including logging, profiling, caching, and database-query optimization. Familiarity with robust exception-handling strategies, logging frameworks, and global middleware implementation. Understanding of Docker concepts, including Dockerfiles, builds, and deployment fundamentals.
