Lead the design, development, and enhancement of scalable Mobile Automation frameworks using Appium. Define and execute comprehensive mobile automation strategies across multiple projects. Review automation scripts for quality and adherence to standards. Mentor and guide automation engineers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Collaborate effectively with developers, architects, product owners, and client stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Manage automation planning, estimation, execution, and release activities. Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Jenkins. Drive code quality using tools such as SonarQube and perform API validation with Postman.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with 6–10 years of Software Quality Engineering experience, specifically in mobile automation. A strong command of Appium for both Android and iOS is essential, with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience. Experience with native UI test tools like Espresso and XCUIITest (one year minimum), and device emulation/simulator tools (one year minimum) is required.

Proficiency in Java for test automation (three years minimum) is mandatory. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Qtest, QualityCenter) and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally), each for a minimum of three years, is also crucial. Additionally, three years of experience with API testing/debugging tools like Postman is necessary. A minimum of one year in an informal lead role, working with technical teams, is expected. Strong functional testing skills are mandatory. Appium is a must-have, with XCUITest or Espresso being preferred.
