This position is based in Pune and involves collaboration with a leading firm in emerging ERP solutions. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering impactful business outcomes.

Your core responsibilities will include leading requirement gathering and analysis, meticulously documenting business needs, and translating them into effective solution designs. You will leverage your deep understanding of project management functionalities like planning, scheduling, resource, risk, issue, change, and document management to guide solution development.

Additionally, you will be responsible for designing project reports as per client specifications, participating in pre-sales activities, and assisting the team in building compelling demos. A key aspect of this role involves advising clients on the optimal project management tools and performing fit-gap analysis based on industry best practices.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including 3-4 years in a Business Analyst functional role. A solid understanding of project management tools such as MS Project or Azure DevOps is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation communication skills are essential, along with strong presentation capabilities. The role requires interaction with clients for requirement gathering, solution design, and ensuring successful implementation through UAT coordination, training, and rollout. Flexibility to travel as needed is also a requirement. This role is open to any graduate.
