Develop robust D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including extensive customization and configuration.

Implement business logic, data integrations, and automation processes to enhance customer engagement and streamline workflows.

Create, test, and deploy Power Automate flows to automate tasks and improve overall process efficiency.

Develop and customize Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and participate in the full software development lifecycle.

Stay current with D365 CRM and Power Platform advancements, recommending innovative solutions.

Possess strong proficiency in D365 CRM customization (Plugin & Action) and configuration, with hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.

Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and .NET development is essential for extending D365 CRM and Power Platform functionalities.

Experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and version control systems is highly desirable.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Hold Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Bring a proven track record of 6-9 years in developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. A B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent qualification/experience is required.
