We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in LeanIX administration to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing our LeanIX platform to ensure seamless operations and robust data integrity. Your core responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining the LeanIX platform for optimal performance and security. This involves comprehensive workspace administration, user management, and access control. You will also be responsible for managing Fact Sheets, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards, ensuring data accuracy through robust onboarding and validation processes.

Further duties encompass monitoring data quality, supporting ITSM processes for incident and problem management, and ensuring platform health through regular checks. You will also support critical integrations with enterprise applications like ServiceNow and Jira, and develop key operational dashboards and reports for Enterprise Architecture teams.

This role requires 3 to 6 years of overall IT experience, with a specific focus of 2 to 4 years in hands-on LeanIX administration and operational support. Essential skills include workspace administration, user and role management, and familiarity with Fact Sheets, Surveys, and Dashboards. Experience with data onboarding, bulk imports, data migration, and data quality management is critical.

Proven experience supporting integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps is necessary, along with a good understanding of ITSM processes. An ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
