This role focuses on the administration and operational support of the LeanIX platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring its smooth functioning, data integrity, and integration with other enterprise systems. The position requires a proactive approach to managing the platform and collaborating with various stakeholders to support architectural governance and documentation.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining the LeanIX platform, managing user access and permissions, and overseeing data operations such as onboarding, imports, and cleansing. You will also be responsible for monitoring platform health, troubleshooting issues, and supporting integrations with systems like ServiceNow and Jira. Developing operational dashboards and collaborating with Enterprise Architects to maintain documentation are also core duties.

Candidates should possess 3–6 years of IT experience, with 2–4 years specifically in LeanIX administration. Essential skills include workspace administration, experience with Fact Sheets, Surveys, Dashboards, and Lifecycle Management, as well as data onboarding and quality management. Familiarity with integrations to enterprise platforms and ITSM processes is crucial. A Bachelor's degree is required, and ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
