Translate customer requirements into robust software solutions using an object-oriented approach. Ensure thorough software testing before delivery within an Agile development environment. Contribute to configuration management, comprehensive testing, and efficient release management processes. Implement test-driven and test-first development methodologies, alongside code refactoring and profiling. Ensure adherence to policies concerning security, network usage, and disaster recovery.

A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5 years in professional Java SE or Spring development. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, JUnit, Angular, Eclipse RCP 3.x/4.x, HTML5, Mockito, RESTful web services, and Linux.

Hands-on experience with Apache ActiveMQ, Hibernate, JavaScript, Spring Boot, JMS, XML, JSON, and PostgreSQL is crucial. Familiarity with tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ, alongside experience with RTC Jazz, SVN, Git, GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube is expected. Proficiency in container concepts like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS is also a strong requirement.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are necessary, coupled with a genuine passion for Java programming, technology, and complex problem-solving.
