This role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on Platform Development within the Engineering team. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, task allocation, and module integration. You'll actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and champion Agile methodologies. This role also involves managing deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and resolving issues during testing to enhance deliverable quality.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 9+ years of experience in Java web application development, including over 3 years in a technical leadership capacity. You should possess strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, SQL, JUnit, and REST/JSON web services, coupled with a solid understanding of Java Design Patterns and Object-Oriented design principles (MVC).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is essential, including familiarity with services such as Blob Storage, Service Bus, App Insights, ECS, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch. Proficiency with Azure CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control is also required.
