Lead the design and technical delivery of scalable software solutions based on user requirements. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural best practices. Oversee the entire development lifecycle, managing task allocation, module integration, and sprint planning. Implement deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and actively resolve issues during testing phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and champion Agile methodologies.

Possess 9+ years of experience in Java web application development, with at least 3 years in a technical guidance role. Demonstrate expert knowledge in Java, J2EE, Springboot, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, JUnit, and REST/JSON web services. Exhibit strong Java design patterns, Object-Oriented design skills, and understanding of MVC. Proficient in Git for managing complex software projects, including branching, tagging, and merging. Showcase hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services (e.g., Blob Storage, Service Bus, App Insights, ECS, S3, Lambda).
