Design and develop robust Java-based microservices utilizing the Spring Boot framework. Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support scalable enterprise solutions. Architect and implement cloud-native, distributed systems adhering to microservices principles. Ensure the development of secure, performant, and resilient services.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings. Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimizing application performance. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to guarantee code reliability. Monitor application health through effective logging and monitoring tools. Participate actively in architecture and technical design discussions.

This role requires 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Java microservices with Spring Boot is essential. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs for scalable applications is a must. Familiarity with cloud-native and distributed systems, along with microservices architecture, is expected.

Candidates should possess experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB, and messaging solutions such as Kafka. Experience with containerization using Docker and deployment on Kubernetes or OpenShift is highly desirable. Strong collaboration skills within Agile/Scrum environments are important. A Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred. Expertise in Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL & NoSQL Databases, Git, Maven, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum Methodologies will be advantageous.
