Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of sophisticated Java/Spring Boot and AWS-based solutions. Design and implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven, cloud-native architectures. Leverage a wide array of AWS services, including EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch. Provide essential technical leadership, conduct thorough code and design reviews, and actively mentor engineering teams. Champion CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and best practices for security, performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate effectively with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into tangible technical solutions. Support technical solutioning, provide accurate estimations, develop Proofs of Concept (POCs), and drive application modernization initiatives.

Possess 8+ years of comprehensive software engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on hands-on coding in Java 17+ and Spring Boot. Demonstrate extensive experience with key AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, S3, and RDS. Exhibit a deep understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and API Design Patterns. Have practical experience with AWS CloudWatch, Log Insights, and log analytics for distributed tracing and effective troubleshooting. Show good understanding and implementation experience with OAuth 2.0 for authentication and authorization. Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and messaging technologies is crucial. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, various SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native development is expected. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven stakeholder management expertise. Demonstrate the capacity to lead technical discussions and effectively mentor development teams.
