Join Monitor Deloitte, a leading global strategy consulting practice, as a Senior Consultant specializing in IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This role is pivotal in driving Deal Transformation and Post-Merger Integration within IT and Data workstreams.

You will be instrumental in navigating large-scale tech transformations, with a keen focus on digital initiatives, data management, and migration. A core part of your contribution will involve designing business-aligned data models, ensuring seamless integration of data structures and governance processes during critical ERP implementations, system integrations, or carve-outs.

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, including: - Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, translating them into user stories and specifications. - Conducting SQL-based data analysis for requirement validation and data lineage assessment. - Collaborating with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment. - Supporting data migration, cleansing, and remediation efforts across various functional domains. - Facilitating alignment between business needs and IT data structures, and defining master data governance. - Tracking data migration milestones, dependencies, and risks, while coordinating issue resolution with all stakeholders. - Preparing project updates and driving the development of final project deliverables.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 5-10 years of relevant experience in a tier 1 IT firm, demonstrating a strong interest in IT business analysis and consulting.

Proven experience in leading client engagements and managing day-to-day client interactions independently is essential. Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate studies, along with advanced Excel skills, are expected.
