Join our dynamic IT M&A team as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Deal Transformation and Post-Merger Integration in Bengaluru. You will be instrumental in supporting IT and Data workstreams within large-scale tech transformation programs, emphasizing digital transformation, data management, and migration strategies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and IT teams to ensure data structures and migration align seamlessly with business objectives during ERP implementations, system integrations, or carve-outs. This is a year-long fixed-term contract with potential for extension based on performance.

Your core responsibilities will involve conducting business analysis and managing techno-functional requirements, including translating business needs into user stories and functional specifications. You'll analyze data lineage, perform SQL-based data analysis, and support data migration activities. Coordinating data cleansing, assisting with data profiling, mapping, and validation, while monitoring and driving remediation of data quality issues are key. You will also facilitate alignment between business requirements and IT data structures, support the definition of master data structures and governance, and track progress of data migration milestones, dependencies, and risks.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 5-10 years of relevant experience in a Tier 1 IT firm, demonstrating a strong interest in IT business analysis and consulting. Prior experience in leading client engagements and managing client interactions independently is essential. Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate studies, along with strong advanced Excel skills, are required. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. A proactive attitude towards learning, initiative, and developing strong relationships with peers and stakeholders is highly valued. This role involves travel.
