Seeking a Senior Consultant to drive IT infrastructure initiatives within the DigiGov project. This role involves defining and managing product roadmaps for scalable platforms, translating business needs into technical requirements, and collaborating with architects and developers. You will prioritize the product backlog, conduct user research, and ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.

Responsibilities include tracking product KPIs, coordinating multi-vendor deliveries, and embedding security and privacy controls. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in platform fluency, agile delivery, and data-informed product management, with familiarity in skilling, edtech, or job marketplace domains, and experience with DPI/e-governance platforms.

Define and manage product roadmaps for scalable, modular platforms. Translate business and user needs into detailed feature and technical requirements. Collaborate with architects and developers to validate feasibility and design. Prioritize the product backlog for high-impact, timely delivery. Conduct user research and analyze usage data to inform product evolution. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards. Track product KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly. Coordinate multi-vendor delivery, define acceptance criteria, and embed security/privacy gates.

Requires 8+ years in software development and product management, with at least 3 years leading product management for large-scale tech platforms. Proficiency in API-first design, cloud platforms, microservices, Keycloak, AWS API Gateway, and OpenShift basics. Experience with Jira, Confluence, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with Sunbird Telemetry and Power BI for KPIs and experiments. Proven experience with agile teams and enterprise environments. Domain knowledge in skilling, edtech, or job marketplaces is essential. Background in DPI/e-governance platforms is required. B.Tech./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or management degree is a plus. Agile/product lifecycle familiarity is necessary; CSPO or similar certification is preferred.
