Configure and customize ServiceNow components, including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across modules. Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization. Manage stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk mitigation.

Conduct thorough testing, deployment, and provide post-implementation support. Mentor junior team members in technical and functional areas. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes.

A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform is essential. Strong knowledge in at least one of the following modules is required: ITOM, ITAM, or GRC.

Proficiency in ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks is crucial. A solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts is expected. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are vital. Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams is highly desirable.
