In this role, you will translate business and compliance needs into effective ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing modules such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Issue Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

You will design and implement workflows for risk and control assessments, issue remediation, and policy lifecycle management. Integrating ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems like ITSM and HR using REST APIs is crucial. You'll also support production issues, manage instance upgrades, and create essential technical documentation.

Collaborate closely with risk, compliance, audit, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless platform adoption and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence organizational governance and align solutions with global regulatory frameworks.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation and configuration. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field is required.

Strong expertise in Risk & Control Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and Issue & Exception Management is essential. Proficiency in Flow Designer, workflow configuration, REST-based integrations, and basic ServiceNow scripting is expected.

A deep understanding of the ServiceNow IRM data model, architecture, and risk/compliance concepts is necessary. Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC, SOX, and GDPR is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role.
