A seasoned professional with 8 to 16 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis. Essential expertise includes requirement gathering, user story creation, backlog management, feature planning, and Agile delivery methodologies. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and foster cross-functional teamwork is critical.

Strong communication, problem-solving, governance, and analytical skills are paramount. Experience in tracking product performance metrics, managing risks, dependencies, and change requests is expected. A B.Tech or BE degree is required for this role.
