Seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC Administrator with 5-10 years of expertise to manage, automate, and support enterprise-scale IDMC environments. This role requires strong proficiency in CI/CD, Apache Airflow, cloud infrastructure, security, monitoring, and production operations. Administer and support Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments across all stages (development, test, production). Manage Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, and user access. Oversee installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of agents and services. Configure and manage core IDMC services like Cloud Data Integration (CDI).

Monitor platform health, job execution, and resource utilization. Troubleshoot complex issues related to tasks, mappings, connections, agents, networks, and performance. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions. Support capacity planning, performance tuning, high availability, and scalability initiatives.

Provide L2/L3 production support for critical IDMC services. Actively participate in incident, problem, change, and release management. Identify automation opportunities for platform stabilization and establish proactive monitoring and alerting. Collaborate effectively with application, infrastructure, network, security, and vendor teams.

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Demonstrates 5-10 years of experience in Informatica IDMC administration and operations. Proven expertise in platform administration, including CI/CD, Apache Airflow, cloud infrastructure, security, and monitoring. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex IDMC environments and production issues. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Experience with capacity planning, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability is essential. Must be adept at production support and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
