This role focuses on leading client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of programs and accounts. You will be the primary interface with clients, aligning goals, timelines, budgets, and outcomes while driving satisfaction and business growth.

Design, develop, and implement robust data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC services like CDI, CAI, and CDQ. Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, construct workflows and transformations, and enable real-time and batch integrations. Define scalable data integration architectures and enterprise data models, leading MDM solution implementations (Customer 360, Business 360, Reference 360).

Establish best practices, drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives, and implement data governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards, and continuously monitor and improve data accuracy and lineage. Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and manage Secure Agents.

Integrate IDMC with key enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce, develop API integrations, and work with cloud platforms. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Drive Agile delivery and documentation standards.

A minimum of 5–8 years of experience is required, with specific expertise in implementing Informatica MDM solutions, including architecture, data modeling, match & merge, data quality, integrations, and performance optimization. You should have experience engaging with business stakeholders to define MDM requirements.

Key technical competencies include Informatica IDMC/IICS, CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS, ETL/ELT development, data pipelines, data modeling, SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python/Shell). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data governance, metadata, data lineage, CI/CD, and Git is essential.

We are looking for strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Leadership and mentoring capabilities are also highly valued. Educational qualifications include B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech. Informatica IDMC or MDM certifications are a plus.
