Join our Enterprise Technology and Performance team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IDAM). This role is pivotal in ensuring our enterprise technology is not just operational, but a true driver of functional excellence, innovation, and sustained growth. You will be instrumental in transforming business needs into robust IAM solutions.

As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our capabilities in managing digital identities and access privileges securely and efficiently, contributing directly to the organization's strategic objectives.

Lead comprehensive functional discovery sessions and workshops focused on Identity and Access Management. Translate intricate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and clear acceptance criteria. Deeply understand and apply core IAM concepts including Authentication, Authorization, and Multi-Factor Authentication. Possess a thorough grasp of user lifecycle management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Collaborate closely with architects and integration teams to define and manage design impacts and dependencies. Provide essential support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including defining test scenarios, expected results, and sign-off protocols. Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Identity and Access Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) is required, with a significant focus on integration aspects involving Active Directory, databases, and Oracle EBS. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is expected.

Proficiency in Java, SQL, and REST API is essential. Demonstrated experience in leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional domains is crucial. Candidates must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across both business and technical stakeholder groups. Prior exposure to the testing lifecycle and UAT execution is preferred.
