As a Senior Consultant, you will manage end-to-end HR transformation projects, focusing on process design, employee experience, and HR technology. You will lead workstreams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery, while developing data-driven insights to inform client strategies.

Key duties include managing project risks, issues, and milestones. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative solutions. Collaboration with the Human Capital team lead and contributing to proposal development are essential parts of the role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles is required.

Candidates must possess strong prioritization and execution skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and a solid understanding of HR transformation, HR lifecycle processes, and emerging HR trends are essential. Experience in developing functional requirements and applying structured design thinking is also necessary.
