As a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer, your core responsibilities will include gathering and translating business needs into robust ServiceNow solutions. You will configure and customize key GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Issue Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

Key duties involve designing and implementing workflows for risk and control assessments, issue remediation, and policy attestations. You will also be responsible for integrating ServiceNow GRC with various enterprise systems using REST APIs and creating insightful dashboards and reports. Support for production issues, instance upgrades, and release deployments are also part of this role.

Furthermore, you'll ensure solutions adhere to global regulatory frameworks and enterprise governance standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including risk, compliance, and IT, will be crucial for driving platform adoption and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field is required.

Essential expertise includes strong proficiency in Risk & Control Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and Issue & Exception Management. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, workflow configuration, REST-based integrations, and JavaScript/ServiceNow scripting is necessary. A deep understanding of the ServiceNow IRM data model and architecture is also critical.

This role involves end-to-end development lifecycle activities, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and documentation. You will also participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to technical design documentation, and collaborate with product owners for clean design principles. Prior experience in system analysis or programming is beneficial.
