Manage engagement execution, including project teams, deliverable quality, timelines, and client relationships. Play a key role in business development by identifying new opportunities, conducting research, and preparing compelling pitch documents.

Develop expertise in Deloitte's Consulting business and strategic priorities to share insights and address issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor junior colleagues. Support internal firm initiatives and projects.

Core duties involve supporting client engagements in Public Finance, Process & Technology Reforms, Public Expenditure Reforms, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Budget Process Reforms. Identify strategies for process efficiencies and innovative work approaches.

We seek candidates with a strong academic record and 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Essential qualifications include a Chartered Accountant, Master’s Degree in Economics, or Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Key skills include exceptional teamwork, effective interpersonal and communication abilities, and outstanding problem-solving skills. Candidates should possess strong logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with quantitative analysis, and the capacity to resolve complex issues.
