As a Senior Consultant, you will manage engagement execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. A key aspect of this role involves active participation in business development, including opportunity identification, market research, and proposal preparation. You will also foster strong client relationships and contribute to the firm's knowledge base by sharing insights and trends.

Your core duties will include supporting client engagements, identifying process efficiencies, and participating in team problem-solving. You'll be responsible for conducting thorough research, data analysis, and creating comprehensive reports. This role also involves assisting with proposal development and actively pursuing professional growth through training and mentorship.

We are seeking candidates with a strong academic record and 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Essential qualifications include a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or a Master's Degree in Economics or Business Administration (MBA). Crucially, you must possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning skills, and comfort with numerical analysis. Demonstrated teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in both written and verbal English are also vital.
