Join our Government Advisory team as an Education Consultant in Ahmedabad, focusing on Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions. This role is instrumental in supporting the Commissionerate of Technical Education (CTE) with the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the State's NEP Roadmap. You will provide crucial technical and handholding support to Technical and Professional Institutes, fostering collaboration among educational stakeholders and government bodies.

Key contributions include facilitating NEP 2020 implementation through institutional support, readiness assessments, and capacity building. You will develop frameworks and guidelines aligned with NEP 2020, AICTE, and UGC. This position involves data collection, analysis, MIS development, and monitoring of NEP implementation across institutes. You'll also assist in initiatives for multidisciplinary education, flexible curriculum, skill-based learning, and faculty development. Coordination with institutes, government departments, and technical partners is vital for successful program outcomes. Preparing comprehensive reports and maintaining project documentation are also core duties.

Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in supporting educational policy implementation, specifically NEP 2020. Experience with AICTE and UGC guidelines is beneficial. The role requires proficiency in data analysis, MIS development, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent report writing and communication abilities are essential, including the capacity to prepare bilingual documents in English and Gujarati.
