Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services and APIs using Go (Golang). You will be instrumental in building cloud-native microservices, adhering to best practices for optimal scalability and reliability. This involves developing and deploying applications on the Microsoft Azure platform, working extensively with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous processing. Integration with databases, messaging systems, and external services will be a core part of your role, alongside implementing comprehensive logging, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and high code quality through active participation in code reviews. Troubleshooting production issues and providing support during deployments are also essential duties.

We require a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in backend development, demonstrating strong proficiency in Go (Golang). Proven experience in building microservices-based architectures is essential, coupled with a good understanding of Azure cloud fundamentals. This includes familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure Storage (Blob, Queue), and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.

Experience with Docker and containerization is a must, alongside knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, with Azure DevOps being preferred. A strong grasp of REST APIs and web services, along with familiarity with Git-based version control systems, is also necessary. A B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or ECE is required for this role.
