You'll contribute to creating reusable AI capabilities essential for large-scale enterprise adoption and drive insightful, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Agentic AI platforms on AWS. Define platform strategy, operating models, and governance frameworks in collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Establish engineering standards and develop reusable AI capabilities to facilitate widespread enterprise adoption. Drive the implementation of robust AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

We seek a seasoned professional with proven experience in architecting enterprise-scale AI and Agentic AI platforms on AWS.

Your expertise should encompass designing single-agent, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop systems, with a deep understanding of AWS AI services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and OpenSearch.

Key qualifications include proficiency in RAG, GraphRAG, memory architectures, and agent frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI. Experience in establishing AI governance, Responsible AI practices, and LLMOps/AgentOps is crucial.

Strong experience in cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and stakeholder management with CXOs is essential for this role.
