As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions for NLP, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI within the Electrification and Energy domains. You will work with modern AI architectures, enterprise-grade deployments, cloud-native platforms, and scalable ML solutions.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to build intelligent, secure, and production-ready AI applications that address intricate industry problems.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in AI/ML solution development, with at least 2 years specifically in NLP and 1-2 years in Generative AI and LLM-powered applications. A strong understanding of LLMs, Transformer architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search is essential.

Hands-on experience with fine-tuning foundation models (LoRA, PEFT, Instruction Tuning, Prompt Engineering), designing RAG pipelines, and building Agentic AI solutions is required. Proficiency in Python and experience with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers, LlamaIndex, SmolAgents, OpenAI SDKs, and Anthropic APIs are necessary. Familiarity with vector databases, embedding frameworks, model evaluation, optimization, explainability, and governance is also crucial.
