Lead business discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to identify AI transformation opportunities. Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Analyze existing processes and propose innovative solutions using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation. Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like LangChain. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases. Develop AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques for improved model performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions and APIs. Deploy and manage AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Establish and maintain MLOps practices for efficient model lifecycle management. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation. Drive AI governance, model monitoring, security, and responsible AI practices. Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver data-driven solutions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational capability building. Stay abreast of emerging trends in Generative AI and advanced machine learning.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Possess hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel), RAG architectures, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate), NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures is essential. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices is required. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is expected.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AI Agents, multimodal AI solutions, AI governance, and working in Agile/Scrum environments. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Engineering is required, with relevant AI/ML or Cloud certifications being a plus.
