Lead crucial business discovery sessions and workshops to meticulously gather requirements and pinpoint opportunities for AI-driven advancements.

Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring strict alignment with overarching business objectives.

Analyze existing processes to architect and propose innovative solutions utilizing Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation.

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications, proficiently employing Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.

Construct and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, leveraging vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, and Weaviate.

Develop sophisticated AI/ML models using Python and leading frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques to enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and overall business outcomes.

Collaborate seamlessly with architects, developers, and integration teams to engineer scalable AI solutions, APIs, and microservices.

Deploy and manage AI solutions efficiently on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Establish and maintain robust MLOps practices employing tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Provide comprehensive support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.

Champion AI governance, model monitoring, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Operate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality AI and data-driven solutions.

Mentor junior team members, offer critical technical guidance, and contribute to organizational capability building.

Continuously stay abreast of emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, multimodal AI, and advanced machine learning technologies.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python programming.

Possess hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Have practical experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or comparable alternatives.

Exhibit experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate.

Showcase knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, and transformer architectures.

Have experience with REST APIs, microservices, and adherence to software engineering best practices.

Demonstrate familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Possess a solid understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Have experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI frameworks, knowledge of multimodal AI solutions, exposure to AI governance and responsible AI practices, and prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Generative AI being highly advantageous.
