Join our GBS Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Consultant in Bengaluru and drive impactful finance transformation initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping GBS strategies, designing target operating models, and leading transition programs. This position requires extensive experience in consulting and transformation, with a focus on global business services (GBS), shared services, or outsourcing. You'll collaborate with senior client stakeholders and lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Support and co-lead GBS strategy formulation and business case development, crafting detailed value propositions for cost, productivity, talent, and scalability. Design key components of GBS Target Operating Models, including governance, service scope, and sourcing strategies.

Lead transition workstreams across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Analytics, and Digital functions. Manage knowledge transfer, stabilization phases, and track service performance effectively. Apply analytics, process mining, and automation concepts to enhance GBS and outsourcing programs, working closely with digital and AI teams.

A Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college or Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, with a Masters or MBA being preferred. Candidates should possess 9-11 years of consulting or transformation experience, with strong expertise in GBS/shared services/outsourcing strategy, design, and transition management.

Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, multi-functional transformation programs, including leading teams and client workstreams, is crucial. Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required. Exposure to technology-led transformation programs and the ability to develop thought leadership are highly valued.
