Conduct current-state assessments, fit-gap analysis, and benchmarking to inform future-state designs.

Design and implement operating models for finance transformation initiatives.

Analyze large finance datasets to identify opportunities for cost optimization, automation, and process improvement.

Translate business requirements into detailed analytical frameworks and technical specifications.

Lead workstreams, facilitate workshops, and manage executive discussions effectively.

A Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution or a Chartered Accountant is required; an MBA is preferred.

Possess 4-7 years of experience in GBS/GCC, Management Consulting, Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or Digital Transformation.

Demonstrate strong experience in Finance Transformation, Operating Model Assessment, and Process Diagnostics.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, and other data visualization tools is essential.

Familiarity with GenAI, AI-enabled analytics, or intelligent automation solutions is highly desirable.
