Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring seamless project execution and fostering professional development. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications, adhering to industry best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot intricate technical challenges to ensure optimal performance and code integrity. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative improvements to our processes.

Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent qualifications. Demonstrate strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle OIC, SOA Suite, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (OMFT). Highlight your experience with middleware technologies, specifically Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c), and large-scale enterprise system integration. Showcase 1+ years of hands-on experience with OIC, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Mediator, Oracle Business Rules, and Oracle Service Bus 12c. Proficiency in OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, SSL, and designing high-performing, reusable integrations. Familiarity with cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises OIC integrations is essential. Experience with SOAP/REST, XML/JSON/XQuery/XSLT, SOA Composites, and JCA Adapters is required. Solid understanding of Oracle Database/SQL, Oracle SOA Suite Policy framework, Oracle MDS, JDeveloper, and Oracle WebLogic. Experience in Agile environments, full software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies is crucial. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are a must. Mandatory Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience required.
