Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their professional growth while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Translate project requirements from product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders into robust technical solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, adhering to best practices and conducting thorough code reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working collaboratively to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements and innovative approaches.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, alongside practical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (OMFT).

Demonstrated expertise in middleware technologies, including OIC, SOA Suite (11g/12c), MFT, and enterprise system integration is essential.

You should possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience with OIC, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Mediator, Oracle Business Rules, and Oracle Service Bus 12c (OSB/ESB), along with proficiency in MFT.

Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, SSL, designing scalable integrations, and reusability with libraries and templates is crucial. Experience with cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises OIC integrations is also valuable.

Knowledge of adapters, connections, lookups, and agents in OIC, coupled with experience in data integration solutions (SOAP, REST, XML/JSON/XQuery/XSLT) and SOA Composites using BPEL Orchestration, is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in Oracle Database or SQL, understanding of Oracle SOA Suite Policy framework, Oracle MDS, JDeveloper, Data Access Architecture, and Oracle WebLogic is expected. Experience in Agile environments and the full software development lifecycle is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are vital for this role.
