Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, encompassing modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger areas. Facilitate critical business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with key stakeholders.

Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and meticulously configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Supervise and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment phases.

Oversee crucial integration, data migration, and testing activities across various modules and with external systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads. Drive project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all finance functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, efficiently resolve issues, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure full compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, coupled with extensive experience in Oracle Financials, particularly in Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Demonstrated strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA is essential.

A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP is necessary. Proven experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business unit setups within Oracle Cloud is highly valued.

This role demands proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover procedures, and Post-Go-Live Support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for effective client and team interaction.
