Provide expert technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Tax, including configuration of tax regimes, jurisdictions, rates, and applicability. Develop and maintain tax configurations, rules, and determination logic to meet business and statutory requirements. Analyze and resolve complex tax calculation and determination issues across various modules like AP, AR, Procurement, and Projects. Develop technical solutions, SQL queries, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OIC to support tax requirements. Collaborate with Finance, Integration, and Reporting teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate tax reporting and reconciliation. Conduct fit-gap analysis, design functional/technical solutions, and lead testing and implementation phases. Provide L2/L3 production support, investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior team members. Share knowledge on Oracle Fusion Tax and contribute to best practices and reusable assets.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion technical or functional consulting is required. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Tax, including configuration, rules, determination, and calculations. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting. Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as AP, AR, Procurement, and GL. Experience with Oracle integrations, interfaces, and reporting tools is essential. Proven ability in requirements analysis, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
