Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials and Projects. This role is instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology landscape. The Enterprise Technology & Performance team is dedicated to ensuring our enterprise technology not only supports daily operations but actively propels business functionality and fosters innovation for sustained growth.

Lead functional discovery sessions and workshops focused on order management processes, rules, and integrations. Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

Analyze existing processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and map them to the future Order Management System (OMS) model. Collaborate closely with architects and integration teams to define design impacts and dependencies.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring clarity on test scenarios, expected results, and sign-off protocols. Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor junior Business Analysts and facilitate the readiness of business subject matter experts.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on order management, supply chain, or related enterprise systems, is required. Experience with MAO, Sterling OMS, BY OM, or Fluent Commerce is highly desirable.

Demonstrated success in leading requirements elicitation and specification for intricate functional domains. Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, coupled with strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams.

Familiarity with the testing lifecycle and UAT execution is preferred. Experience utilizing Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial. An undergraduate degree is required for this position.
