Join our team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. This onsite role in Bengaluru focuses on leading comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, driving functional excellence, and enabling innovation for our clients.

As a key member of the Enterprise Technology & Performance group, you will leverage your expertise to transform enterprise technology into a powerful engine for growth and success. You'll contribute to a dynamic environment where strategic thinking and innovative solutions are paramount.

Spearhead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger functionalities. Facilitate crucial business requirement workshops and solution design sessions, translating client needs into actionable functional specifications. Configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules precisely to meet these requirements.

Guide and manage a team of functional consultants through all project phases, from design and build to testing and deployment. Oversee critical activities such as integration, data migration, and comprehensive testing across various modules and external systems. Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, alongside a minimum of five Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA is essential. A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is expected.

Demonstrated experience in designing Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud. Proven success in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover planning, and Post-Go-Live Support is vital. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
