Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. Configure and provide expert support for Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Accounting Hub solutions. This includes working extensively with core Oracle Financials components like General Ledger, Subledger Accounting (SLA), Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, and Journals. You will also be responsible for configuring complex accounting rules and supporting integrations with external systems via OIC.

Analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and prepare essential documentation such as design documents and workbooks. Collaborate closely with technical teams, reporting specialists, and business users to validate accounting entries, perform reconciliations, and support testing and deployment phases. Client interaction and team mentorship are also key aspects of this role.

We seek a Senior Consultant with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials or Oracle Cloud Applications, specifically strong expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Oracle Accounting Hub or Subledger Accounting (SLA). A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes is essential.

Candidates should possess experience with configuring accounting rules, journal line rules, account derivation rules, and mapping sets. Prior involvement in at least one Oracle Financials implementation or transformation program is required, along with familiarity with integrations between Oracle Financials and external systems. Experience in a global delivery or offshore model is also a plus.
