As a Senior Consultant in Fusion Financials, you will be instrumental in leading Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, leveraging your expertise in AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, and i-Expense modules.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger functionalities. Conduct essential business requirement workshops and solution design sessions. Translate complex business needs into precise functional specifications and expertly configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Oversee critical activities including integration, data migration, and testing across all modules and with external systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads, to ensure project success.

Drive project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client contact for all finance-related functional matters. Provide robust post-go-live support, efficiently resolve issues, and recommend continuous improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, complemented by a minimum of years of experience in Oracle Financials, specifically with Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Essential to have strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards such as IFRS/GAAP. Proven experience in designing Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is crucial. Extensive experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is expected.
