We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to lead critical workstreams. This position offers the opportunity to shape and deliver impactful financial technology solutions.

Lead Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives across modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, and successful deployment.

Key responsibilities include tracking project milestones, managing dependencies, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Proactively identify and address delivery risks and issues, escalating where necessary for prompt resolution. You will also support release planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

We are looking for professionals with 3 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud Applications. A strong track record in Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically in GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM, is essential.

Demonstrated experience in leading Finance workstreams and managing delivery teams is required. A solid understanding of the delivery lifecycle, testing methodologies, and deployment processes is also crucial. Experience working within a global delivery or offshore model is highly valued.
