We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to join our dynamic team. This role requires extensive experience in core finance modules and a proven track record in Oracle ERP implementations. You will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions and driving functional excellence for our clients.

As a key member of our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice, you will contribute to transformational projects that leverage technology to achieve business objectives and foster growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex financial processes and system deployments.

Drive end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Taxation.

Provide expert guidance on Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report business cycles, ensuring strong accounting acumen from both financial and reporting perspectives.

Develop comprehensive design documents, process flows, and functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.

Lead functional unit testing, SIT, and UAT, ensuring successful system validation and client acceptance.

Perform data conversions using FBDI and create insightful OTBI reports to support client needs. Experience in application maintenance and support is also crucial.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 6 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Demonstrate strong experience in core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Taxation) and a deep understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business cycles.

Proven ability to manage and deliver at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
