Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant, driving functional excellence and innovation in financial management. This role focuses on Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and delivery, playing a crucial part in transforming our clients' financial operations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in configuring and supporting critical financial modules, ensuring seamless integration and efficient financial processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and leverage your deep understanding of Oracle solutions.

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses.

Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Configure core financial setups such as ledgers, legal entities, business units, accounting calendars, currencies, and chart of accounts.

Analyze business requirements, map them to Oracle Fusion Financials functionality, and participate in fit-gap analysis workshops.

Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, and test scenarios, recommending best practices.

Collaborate with SCM, PPM, HCM, OIC, and reporting teams for cross-module integration and validation of accounting flows.

Execute unit test cases and support SIT and UAT activities, validating transactions and reconciliation.

Assist in defect analysis, resolution, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

A seasoned professional with 4–7 years of experience in Oracle Financials or Oracle Cloud Applications is sought. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Financials is essential.

Possess good functional knowledge across multiple modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses. A strong grasp of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes is required.

Previous experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or transformation program is necessary. Familiarity with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support is expected.
