Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. You'll play a crucial role in driving functional excellence and innovation. This position is based in Bengaluru and is an integral part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

Lead Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives across key modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and design through configuration, rigorous testing, and successful deployment.

Monitor project timelines, identify critical dependencies, and ensure all deliverables meet stringent quality standards.

Proactively identify and address delivery risks and issues, escalating when necessary and driving prompt resolutions.

Contribute to release planning, manage complex cutover activities, and ensure smooth post-go-live stabilization.

A minimum of 3 to 10 years of comprehensive experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud Applications is essential.

Possess strong, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.

Demonstrated experience in leading finance-focused workstreams and effectively managing project delivery teams.

Exhibit a robust understanding of the delivery lifecycle, including testing methodologies and deployment strategies.

Familiarity with working within global delivery or offshore engagement models is highly advantageous.
